We called Mc Building and Roofing, who popped over to take a quick look. 20 minutes later, they had spotted the problem, taken some pictures for us and we went ahead with the work on the spot. Had MC Building and Roofing install a insulated flat roof for me in March 2024, eally happy with the outcome talked through each step by step originally wanted a bitumen...Had MC Building and Roofing install a insulated flat roof for me in March 2024, eally happy with the outcome talked through each step by step originally wanted a bitumen roof but the guys told me to go for EPDM as the price was fairly similar but the longevity was way superior. Happy I did as haven't had a problem with it since and it looks overall a better job would highly recommend their roofing service.View Full Review

Great work done by MC Building and Roofing. We had lot of problem with the verges on my property in Newton, they came and made short work of the job,...Great work done by MC Building and Roofing. We had lot of problem with the verges on my property in Newton, they came and made short work of the job, replacing our old concrete verges with upvc dry verges. Had dormers installed on our property around 20 years ago and the roof had started to give us some problems. We could of had it repaired but it would of just been a temporary fix. MC Building popped over, gave us a quote for the work and after comparing the quote, we chose Miles and his team. Work was done relatively fast, from start to finish about 3 days once the scaffold had gone up. Good communication, non stop working and overall, a relatively stress free experience for us. I had Miles quote...Buying a property in Eaton Avenue, a semi detached 1960s house survey flagged up some minor work to be at the value between £1000 - £1500. I had Miles quote for what was on the survey they also did a full roof survey on the property finding other problems along the way putting together a quote to show the work needed. They managed to get me around 7K OF THE PRICE OF THE PROPERTY. Needless to say, we had Miles do the work once we had taken ownership, very satisfied.View Full Review
